From approved drawing to finished sign
The quality of an illuminated yacht sign depends on what cannot be seen from the dock: accurate files, clean fabrication, consistent LED placement, secure connections and a careful final inspection.
Digital preparation
Approved drawings are converted into production files and component plans.
Precision cutting and fabrication
Laser cutting, CNC engraving, bending, welding, grinding and polishing are applied as required by the design.
Finish and assembly
Acrylic, metal, paint and surface elements are prepared to the approved specification.
LED assembly and testing
LEDs are positioned for even brightness and the completed lighting assembly is tested.

Yes. Send the original vector file if available, or clear photographs and measurements. The design can be redrawn or adjusted for manufacturing and will be submitted for approval before production.

Yes. Each sign is made to order. The exact combination of dimensions, materials, finish and lighting is confirmed after reviewing the yacht and intended placement.

Each project is specified around the intended location and operating conditions. The final materials, sealing, electrical components and mounting method are agreed during the technical review.
Can the sign be integrated during a refit?
